I've been a little off lately due to some problems with my pc (needs to be trown out of the window) and also some other crap in my life. But now I am fully back!
If you happen to have a lot of aged apples that have gone "soft" don't waste them in the bin! You can make a very tasty and effortless dessert like this one. Apples are even better when cooked, because they release their fructose and become very caramelized. Just follow this amazing recipe and you can thank me later...
